As you may have seen in the media, the courier networks are seeing massively increased volume which is leading to delays in some areas.
This is due to a combination of things such as the Royal Mail strikes leading to increased volume in other areas, the higher demand at this time of year as well as driver shortages affecting the industry.
We currently use a combination of DHL and APC Overnight - unfortunately there is no way of us knowing which areas are susceptible to delays and this changes on a near daily basis.
Whilst we are dispatching orders as normal and within our 3-5 working day timeframe, some customers are unfortunately experiencing delays beyond our control.
We send all parcels on a next day delivery basis once they leave us. However we are then at the mercy of the courier networks and have no way of expediting or chasing up parcels until they move along the system.
This issue is affecting businesses up and down the country and we do ask that you allow extra time for your parcel to move through the courier network and order in plenty of time to receive your parcels.
The vast majority of parcels are still being delivered on time, and we understand your frustration if your parcel is held up. Our team are doing their best to assist where possible, however we are at the mercy of our couriers and the information they can provide.
Our warehouse team are also working additional hours to ensure we send parcels ahead of time to give them extra time to move through the network.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you and ask that you order ahead of time to circumnavigate these issues the best you can.
