Our doors are open for deliveries Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:40 pm (except bank holidays) and from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm on Fridays.
While our warehouse isn’t open to the public, we’re more than happy to serve you on a click-and-collect basis—just give our team a shout, and we’ll have your order ready to pick up!

Once an order’s been placed, we’re unable to add or remove items—it’s sent straight to our dispatch team. So, we recommend double-checking all the details before you hit that order button. Better safe than sorry!

Nope, but we do charge a delivery fee for orders under £75. To unlock free delivery, we recommend making sure your basket total is over that amount.

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, BACS, Shop Pay, or by proforma invoice. We also accept PayPal. PayPal can also be used without an account through the guest checkout.
If you’d prefer to pay offline, just get in touch and we’ll sort it out for you. Just a heads up—your order won’t ship until payment is received and cleared.
We’ll automatically email your VAT receipt/invoice once your order is placed. If you need the invoice sent to a different email, simply sign into your account and click on the ‘My Account’ link to update the invoice email address.

We guarantee that any credit or debit card transaction on our site is secure. All payments go through 3D Secure, a top-notch fraud prevention measure. You might be asked to enter your 3D Secure password (set up with your bank) or a one-time code sent to your mobile to complete your payment.

We’re all about keeping our prices as low as possible, so we kindly ask that customers pay by debit or credit card, or use PayPal at checkout. We’re also happy to send you a pro-forma invoice, allowing you to pay by BACS.
We understand that some companies might not have easy access to a payment card. If you’re able to pay via BACS on a proforma invoice, we’d greatly appreciate it.
