How do I place an order?

Place orders online at www.vendingsuperstore.co.uk. Add items to your basket and checkout. Need help or bulk pricing? Start a live chat or call the team.

Do I need to create an account to checkout?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes reordering quicker and lets you view invoices and delivery updates in one place.

Can I amend my order once it’s placed?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us via live chat or on 01773 252052 and we’ll do our best to update it - however please note that orders are sent directly to our warehouse team who may already be processing it.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Standard UK delivery is fast and affordable. 98% of orders arrive within 2–5 working days. Large or palletised orders may take a touch longer - we’ll keep you posted.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum. We happily serve both businesses and the public — from single cases to full pallets.

Payments & security
Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay/Google Pay on compatible devices, and bank transfer for established trade accounts.

Can I get an invoice?

Absolutely. Invoices are available automatically after purchase and are available in My Account. Request a copy any time.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout uses industry‑standard encryption and PCI‑compliant processors. We never store full card details on our systems.

Can I apply for a credit account?

Yes - in some circumstances we offer credit terms for businesses subject to checks. Contact us and we’ll send a quick application.

Prices, bulk & trade
Do your prices include VAT?

Our product pages clearly show prices; VAT is included where applicable. Many of the items we sell are zero rated for vat purposes and indicated as such.

Can you supply a bulk volume?

Absolutely. We’re wholesale specialists - from multi‑case deals to full pallets. Tell us what you need on live chat and we’ll quote quickly.

Do you have any discount codes?

Want to be the first to know about our special offers and deals? Sign up to receive our emails, and you’ll always stay in the loop.

Our main focus is offering everyday low prices right here on our site. We don’t need to lure you in with gimmicky discount codes—every customer gets our great value prices without the need for them. So there’s no need to search “vending superstore discount codes”—we’ve got you covered!

We don’t mess around with gimmicky discount codes or reward points from third-party sites—just straight-up value, direct from us to you.

Products
Why is a product out of stock?

We’re sorry if your favourite’s out of stock! We get deliveries several times a week, so it should be back soon. In the meantime, use our ‘notify me’ feature—just hit the button, and we’ll send you an SMS or email when it’s back in stock. If you need more help, our team is always here for a chat via the live chat function.

Will the product displayed be the exact one I receive?

We do our best to keep all our images up to date, and you can trust that the product you receive will be exactly as described. However, packaging might sometimes change as manufacturers update designs, run promotions, or use alternative packaging. If the colour, packaging, or recipe is important to you, just give us a shout before ordering! Remember, images are for illustration purposes only, and sometimes manufacturers tweak recipes or specs while keeping the product under the same name. We're here to help if you have any specific preferences!

Are your products in stock?

Yes — if you can add it to your basket it’s usually in stock. Items marked “Out of stock” will show a restock date or a “Notify me” option.

Do you offer samples?

Unfortunately we do not offer samples, many of our products are available to buy in smaller quantities.

Delivery issues
My parcel is delayed or arrived damaged - what should I do?

Please contact us with your order number and photos (if damaged) within 48 hours so we can put it right quickly.

I received the wrong item / something is missing.

Sorry about that — contact us within 48 hours and we’ll fix it immediately.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email from APC. You'll be able to rearrange the delivery day, request your order to be left in a safe place and receive a 2 hour tracking time slot.

What is your returns policy?

As a consumer you have the legal right 14-day return policy in compliance with UK Distance Selling Regulations. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. All food & drink items are excluded from this policy for safety reasons. Full details in our T&C's

Business?
Orders may not be cancelled at any stage without mutual agreement and written confirmation. Should we accept your cancellation, we will charge a 5% merchant fee to cover the cost of processing your payment. Business customers do not have an automatic right to returns. Returns are at the sole discretion of our team leader andall food and drink products are non returnable unless faulty. This is for safety reasons.

We only use personal data to process your order, support your experience on the site and as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request, update or delete your data at any time.
