Our doors are open for deliveries Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:40 pm (except bank holidays) and from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm on Fridays.

While our warehouse isn’t open to the public, we’re more than happy to serve you on a click-and-collect basis—just give our team a shout, and we’ll have your order ready to pick up!

Delivery & Orders

How do I place an order?

Ready to order? Just click the ‘Add to cart’ button on the items you fancy. You can tweak the quantities, then hit ‘Checkout’ when you’re done. Our checkout process is a breeze—just pop in your details, place your order, and leave the rest to us. Prefer a more personal touch? Do I need to create an account to checkout?

We’d recommend setting up an account when you checkout—it makes it easy to view and track all your orders in the My Account section of the site. But if you’d rather not, no worries—you can always checkout as a guest!

Can I amend my order once its placed?

Once an order’s been placed, we’re unable to add or remove items—it’s sent straight to our dispatch team. So, we recommend double-checking all the details before you hit that order button. Better safe than sorry!

Is there a minimum order?

Nope, but we do charge a delivery fee for orders under £75. To unlock free delivery, we recommend making sure your basket total is over that amount.

Payments & Security

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, BACS, Shop Pay, or by proforma invoice. We also accept PayPal. PayPal can also be used without an account through the guest checkout.

If you’d prefer to pay offline, just get in touch and we’ll sort it out for you. Just a heads up—your order won’t ship until payment is received and cleared.

We’ll automatically email your VAT receipt/invoice once your order is placed. If you need the invoice sent to a different email, simply sign into your account and click on the ‘My Account’ link to update the invoice email address.

Is payment secure?

We guarantee that any credit or debit card transaction on our site is secure. All payments go through 3D Secure, a top-notch fraud prevention measure. You might be asked to enter your 3D Secure password (set up with your bank) or a one-time code sent to your mobile to complete your payment.

We’re fully compliant with the latest credit card regulations, so you can shop with confidence. We use Shopify to process your payments securely. Shopify Payments is one of the most secure payment processors out there and is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

Plus, every payment goes through Shopify’s fraud detection software—keeping both you and us protected. We don't store or have access to your payment details at any time. 


Can I apply for a credit account?

We’re all about keeping our prices as low as possible, so we kindly ask that customers pay by debit or credit card, or use PayPal at checkout. We’re also happy to send you a pro-forma invoice, allowing you to pay by BACS.

We understand that some companies might not have easy access to a payment card. If you’re able to pay via BACS on a proforma invoice, we’d greatly appreciate it.

Do your prices include VAT?

Most of our products are zero-rated for VAT. If VAT applies, you'll see it clearly in the 'including VAT' price.

Will the product displayed be the exact one I receive?

We do our best to keep all our images up to date, and you can trust that the product you receive will be exactly as described. However, packaging might sometimes change as manufacturers update designs, run promotions, or use alternative packaging. If the colour, packaging, or recipe is important to you, just give us a shout before ordering! Remember, images are for illustration purposes only, and sometimes manufacturers tweak recipes or specs while keeping the product under the same name. We're here to help if you have any specific preferences!

Why is an item out of stock?

We’re sorry if your favourite’s out of stock! We get deliveries several times a week, so it should be back soon. In the meantime, use our ‘notify me’ feature—just hit the button, and we’ll send you an SMS or email when it’s back in stock. Can you supply a bulk volume?
