You must be at least 18 years old to use our Website. By using this Website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or state of residence. Unauthorised use of this Website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
We strive to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
As long as the product is as described, we are unable to accept returns or refunds based on packaging changes which is outside of our control as the packaging pictured may not be the packaging delivered. All images are for illustrative purposes only.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice.
All prices displayed on our Website are in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Where VAT is included within a price, this is based on the VAT rate for that item.
We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, BACS, Shop Pay and, PayPal. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.
Payment will be processed at the point of order confirmation. If your payment method is declined or unauthorised, we are not obliged to fulfil your order.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made. If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes will be accommodated.
Goods are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 2-5 working days. Delivery is typically within 1-2 working days after dispatch. Deliveries are made between 08:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
A signature/photo is required upon delivery. Neither we nor our courier are responsible for loss or damage if you request unattended or 'leave safe' delivery. Any 'leave safe' requests must be made via the APC Choice website.
Some of our items are heavy, and deliveries are made to a ground floor entrance only. You must inform us of special delivery requirements when placing your order. Disposal of packaging materials is your responsibility.
Should your first delivery fail you are responsible for re-arranging your failed delivery, which can be done at apccalled.com
After two failed delivery attempts, additional charges will apply for re-delivery. If the goods are returned to us through failed delivery, additional charges will apply for re-delivery.
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, including the correct postcode. Changing the delivery address after dispatch may incur extra charges. If you provide an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for non-delivery. Any additional costs incurred for re-delivery will be your responsibility.
Please note that re-delivery fees and re-routing fees are usually much higher than our standard delivery fee; however, they will reflect our true costs.
APC will only attempt delivery twice, after this the goods must be collected from the depot.
We cannot be responsible for incorrect inputted addresses or postcodes. Please ensure you check your order confirmation carefully.
In certain circumstances beyond our control, we may face obstacles in delivering your goods as originally planned. These circumstances include accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, or supplier defaults. We will make every effort to resolve these issues promptly, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or failures in delivery arising from such situations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company, time is not considered essential in the contract.
As a consumer you have the legal right 14-day return policy in compliance with UK Distance Selling Regulations. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return costs. Goods must be adequately packaged and returned in their original condition. We are unable to accept partial returns, for example, you cannot return 8 out of 10 bags. Free products provided must also be returned. Failure to return goods may result in collection fees. Take reasonable care of the goods; damage may result in a charge. Postage costs are not reimbursed, except for faulty or damaged goods.
Need to cancel? If the goods have already been dispatched and not yet delivered, we will deduct a return postage fee.
Once we have received your return or cancelled order: refunds, excluding original postage, will be issued within 30 days, minus any applicable costs, subject to inspection and approval.
We reserve the right to charge a 5% cancellation fee to cover the cost of processing your payments.
Orders may not be cancelled at any stage without mutual agreement and written confirmation. Should we accept your cancellation, we will charge a 5% merchant fee to cover the cost of processing your payment.
Business customers do not have an automatic right to returns. Returns are at the sole discretion of our team leader and all food and drink products are non returnable unless faulty. This is for safety reasons.
Should we accept a return, you must return goods within 7 days, at your expense, with proper packaging. All goods must be returned, including free products. Failure to return goods may result in collection fees.

Postage costs are not reimbursed, except for faulty or damaged goods. Refunds, excluding our costs of delivering your goods (which will be our true costs and may be higher than our standard delivery fees), will be issued within 30 days, minus a 10% restocking fee, subject to inspection and approval.
Our goods are intended for immediate consumption/use, and we can provide the current best-before dates on any of our products upon request. Please contact our customer service team to check the best-before dates if specific shelf lives are important to you before placing an order. We understand that many customers purchase products for hotels and air b&b's. Our team may suggest alternative products with longer shelf lives if needed.

Typically, our shelf lives are much longer than this, and our team can provide the current best-before dates before you order. We are unable to accept any returns if the product provided meets our minimum shelf life.
If a product has a short shelf life or is past its best before date, it may be offered at a discounted rate on our website with the best before date clearly displayed. No refunds or returns are available for such products.
It is important to note that crisps are not manufactured with long shelf lives. Please bare this in mind when ordering. Some crisps can have shelf lives ranging from 2 to 10 weeks depending on the flavour.
We are unable to accept any returns if the product provided meets our minimum shelf life.
We will always endeavour to provide the best possible shelf life from the stock in our warehouse. We receive deliveries from suppliers every week and our stock is dependent on that provided into us.
Notify us of any problems with the goods via email or in writing within 48 hours of delivery, this includes missing or damaged goods. We are unable to investigate matters beyond this timeframe unless the goods later develop a fault. Provide details, and we will request digital photographs of the issue.
We will address the matter according to your legal rights. Goods are covered by a manufacturer's warranty in addition to your statutory rights. We aim to replace defective goods promptly; refunds are available if necessary.
Replacement goods will be arranged without charge upon return of the original goods.
Return postage costs are your responsibility but will be reimbursed for faulty goods once inspected. Should goods found not to be faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of having the goods returned to you. No refund shall be issued.
Please be aware that during periods of hot weather, any chocolate or confectionery items shipped are at the customer's own risk. We cannot be held liable for any damage to products caused by heat while they are in courier vans.
We are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Vending Superstore and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Vending Superstore and is protected by UK copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control. These causes include but are not limited to:
In such circumstances, our obligations under these Terms and Conditions shall be suspended for the duration of the event. We will use reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible of any such event and its expected duration.
If the event continues for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the contract without penalty by providing written notice to the other party. In such cases, you will be entitled to a refund for any goods not received or services not rendered.
This clause does not excuse you from paying for products already dispatched or services already provided.
