Iced: Add 30g powder to a shaker or glass. Add a small splash of hot water, then shake or stir until dissolved. Fill a glass with ice, pour over the matcha mixture and top up with 200ml milk.

Café-style frappé: Blend 40g powder with 125ml milk and 150g ice until smooth.
