🎄 Our Christmas Opening Hours & Delivery Schedule

Dear customer, As we get closer to the festive break, we wanted to share our Christmas opening hours so you know exactly when our team will be available and how your orders will be handled over the holiday period.

Customer Service Hours

Friday 19th December • Our offices close at 4pm for the Christmas break.
Monday 22nd & Tuesday 23rd December • We’ll have a smaller team available in the morning. • Live chat and phone lines will be open AM only.

Tuesday 30th & Wednesday 31st December • Our offices will be open on limited hours. • Live chat and phone lines: 10am–2pm.

Friday 2nd January • We’re back to normal opening hours.

Remember, you can rearrange deliveries or select a safe place anytime using the APC Choice website.

Warehouse & Dispatch Order Cut-Off 

The final cut-off for dispatch before Christmas is Friday 19th December at 12pm. We’ll work hard to ship all orders placed before this time. In a few cases, if suppliers are already on shutdown, we may part-ship your order or offer a suitable alternative. We’ll always make sure you’re kept updated.

APC Delivery Dates
APC will be delivering parcels on:
• Monday 22nd December • Tuesday 23rd December • Wednesday 24th December • Monday 29th December • Tuesday 30th December • Wednesday 31st December

If you won’t be available to receive a delivery, or you’d like to leave special instructions, please use APC Choice to manage your parcel. Normal courier service resumes on Friday 2nd January.

Placing Orders During the Christmas Break

You’re welcome to place orders as normal throughout the holidays. However, any orders placed after Midday on Friday 19th December will be treated as received on Friday 2nd January, once our full team and suppliers are back. From that date, please allow 3–5 working days for delivery.

We will dispatch a small number of orders on Tuesday 30th December, depending on stock availability. Our warehouse remains well stocked, but many suppliers won’t reopen until 2nd January — meaning restocks during the break are limited. 

A Friendly Reminder 

To avoid any delays and to make sure you have everything you need for the festive period and early January, we recommend placing your orders ahead of time wherever possible.
