Dear Customers, we are still feeling the effects of storm Ciara which has led to a knock on effect on deliveries into and out of our depot. We have also seen snow fall across our region this afternoon which is likely to have a knock on delay into goods into and out of our depot.
We are liasing with our suppliers and couriers to keep disruption to a minimum and apologise for any delays you may incur. At this time we cannot guarantee that any orders will be delivered on a next day service. We will endeavour to get as many parcels out as we can to ensure they are in the parcel network. Please be aware that delays may occur locally at your own delivery depots depending on conditions.
We advise placing your orders as soon as possible to allow for any delays that may occur as a result of the knock on effect. Our team will do their best to assist with any queries you may have and advise on the current conditions.
