Christmas Delivery & Holiday Opening Hours Update

As the festive season approaches, we’d like to keep you informed about our Christmas delivery deadlines and office opening hours.

Last Order Date for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery
To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order by Midday on Tuesday 17th December.

Orders placed after this time will still be picked and packed by our dedicated team, and you may still receive your order before Christmas. However, priority will be given to orders placed before the cut-off.

Office & Customer Support Holiday Hours
Thursday 19th December: Phone lines and live chat will close at 4.30pm.
Friday 20th - Monday 30th December: Offices will be closed.
Monday 30th December: Normal operations resume, including order processing.
New Year’s Day (1st January): Offices closed.

Order Processing & Delivery Over Christmas
Orders placed after Midday on 17th December or during the Christmas closure period will be processed starting Monday 30th December.

Due to courier schedules, deliveries may take a few days to arrive after this date.

Please allow the usual 3-5 working days for delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to prioritise or expedite orders, and all will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
