All Orders - Monday 20th December
The last date for Christmas delivery on all usual stock lines is Monday 20th December at 12 noon. Orders placed after this date may not arrive until after Christmas.
Our team will be working flat out to ensure all orders placed before this date are delivered on or before December 24th. All orders placed will automatically be placed onto a next day service once dispatched from us.
Orders placed after Monday 20th December 12 Noon
Orders placed after this date will be dispatched on a first come, first served basis depending on stock, for orders that we are unable to process before we close please see the below estimated dispatch table.
Please note that any orders placed over the Christmas period will be treated as being received on Tuesday 4th January 2022.

Christmas Period
Our offices will close on Thursday 23rd December at 12noon. Our customer service team are available Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th December until 1pm- this includes our live chat, emails, telephone and social media channels.
Any messages received outside of these times will be responded to on these dates or from Tuesday 4th January.
We are unable to accept any order cancellations once your order has been placed to ensure we dispatch orders in a timely and efficient manner as our warehouse teams key focus will be to dispatch orders.

Please note that our courier partner APC will be delivering up-to and including December 24th.
After this they will deliver on Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th only. Normal service resumes Tuesday 4th January 2022.
