It’s been a busy couple of months for the team here at Vending Superstore. We’ve been hard at work listening to your feedback and freshening up our website. We know how important it is for you to find what you need quickly and easily, so we've made things a lot simpler to navigate. You should also notice that the website now loads a lot faster, which we hope will make your shopping experience even better.
We’ve also been snapping away, taking lots of photos of some of our brilliant team members (a big thanks to Emma, Zoe, Alfie, and Isaac for being such good sports!). You’ll see their friendly faces popping up in different places on our site. We’re a fantastic small team here at Vending Superstore, and we’re proud to offer you a personal touch that you won’t find with the big players. This personal approach is really shining through in our customer reviews—we’re chuffed to be rated 5 stars (Excellent) on RaveCapture, the independent review platform that collects genuine and verified feedback from our customers. A huge thanks to Harley, our Customer Care Captain lead, who ensures that every single one of you is looked after with the utmost care. And a big shoutout to Ryan, Isaac, and Steve in the warehouse, who are getting your orders out the door faster than ever before.
Speaking of our website, we were absolutely delighted to win the award for ‘Best Website’ at the Vendies 2024, the leading awards for the vending industry. What makes this win even sweeter is that everything we do is done in-house, with no outside agencies or web designers. We’re really pleased and proud to have won this award, standing tall alongside some of the giants in the industry.
With the summer heatwave upon us, we’ve been busy sending out cold drinks—sometimes quicker than we can get them stocked on our shelves! We’re now stocking Randor Splash, the fastest-growing flavoured water brand. It really does taste fantastic, it’s sugar-free, and contains natural flavours, so it’s well worth a look.
We’ve also added a whole host of new products, including snack and cereal bars, more crisps, and we’ve had a massive restock across our cleaning and janitorial lines. Remember, we’re not just about snacks and drinks at Vending Superstore—we stock a wide range of cleaning products and workplace essentials, so you can get everything you need in one shop.
