Many of you already log in to Vending Superstore using the Shop App or Shop Pay. Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout option that enhances the shopping experience by allowing you to save your email, credit card, and shipping details, making checkouts quicker and easier.
We’ve now switched Vending Superstore over to Shopify’s ‘New Style’ customer accounts. Instead of logging in with a password, you’ll now receive a 6-digit code via email to access your account. This change boosts security and helps protect your personal details, making your shopping experience even more secure.
In our new customer account portal, you can view all of your past orders and use the ‘buy again’ button to easily reorder items. You can also view any account credit and update your personal details, all from one convenient place. You will also be able to save payment methods for an easy checkout.
Please note that, at the moment, you won’t be able to download VAT invoices for past orders directly. If you need a VAT invoice, our team is more than happy to send it across via email—just let us know.
